Our vision is to enable your business to successfully navigate the risks and opportunities of technology, transforming it into a digitally mature enterprise.
We will help you understand your current business position using the MOST analysis technique to ensure your digital project aligns with each of the four key attributes:
- Mission: Where your business intends to go.
- Objectives: The key goals that will help your business achieve its mission.
- Strategies: Options for moving forward.
- Tactics: How strategies are put into action.
We will use SWOT to summarize the key issues identified when analyzing your organization and its business environment. This tool will help us evaluate your current business situation and develop potential strategies for the future.
- Must: Describes a requirement that must be satisfied in the final solution for it to be considered a success.
- Should: Represents a high-priority item that should be included in the solution if possible. This is often a critical requirement but one that can be satisfied in other ways if strictly necessary..
- Could: Describes a requirement that is considered desirable but not necessary. This will be included if time and resources permit.
- Won’t: Represents a requirement that stakeholders have agreed will not be implemented in a given release, but may be considered for the future. (Note: occasionally the word “Would” is substituted for “Won’t” to provide a clearer understanding of this choice).
